The Deal - Your Payments
As a purchaser you will receive from Imagine Homes:
- 15% guaranteed rental return on your purchase price over 2 years
- Rental guarantee paid monthly in arrears – 7.5% during the 12 months from completion and 7.5% during the 12 months after the anniversary of completion
As a purchaser you will pay Imagine Homes:
- A £2,000 non-refundable deposit when you reserve your property
- Balance of £10,000 payable on exchange
- Balance of 10% of your property price payable 6 months after exchange *
- Balance of your property payable on completion
- A furnishings package paid on or before completion
- – 1 bedroom apartments £7,000 +VAT
- – 2 bedroom apartments £9,000 +VAT
- – 3 bedroom apartments £11,000 +VAT
- A reduced letting and management fee of 10% of the rental return per annum, deducted from the monthly rental payments
As a purchaser you will pay direct to the managing agent:
- Service charge and ground rent
* A further 5% is payable 12 months after exchange if completion has not taken place by this date
