Imagine Homes strengthens it's board of Directors with two key appointments

Innovative property company, Imagine Homes has not only expanded and grown significantly since its inception only 18 months ago, with a current turnover of £35m, but it has responded to this phenomenal growth by appointing two new board directors.

Neil Barnett, formerly a director of Cinesite, part of Kodak Eastman, joins Imagine Homes as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience in financial directorship:

“I am very pleased to join Imagine Homes at such a formative time,” said Neil Barnett. “The people, the product, and the entire company ethos all combine to make Imagine Homes a unique and special company with a strong pattern of growth. My new role also offers me the personal challenge to move into general management whilst maintaining a Financial Director role.”

Marc Lafferty, who has a strong background at director level for a variety of commercial and industrial companies, joins Imagine Homes as Group Sales & Marketing Director:

“Imagine Homes is certainly a growth business,” he commented. “It has a truly entrepreneurial feel with endless dynamism and energy. The company is now moving further forward and has strengthened its board of directors to reflect this growth. I am looking forward to my new role with Imagine Homes where I will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to its future expansion and evolution.”

Imagine Homes has made headlines over the past year for its innovative property investment strategy, which offers buyers the opportunity to purchase an investment home and receive a cash back equivalent to 15% return over two years. In the past year, it has moved to new offices in Farnborough, acquired a selection of exceptional new developments with high quality properties to offer investors and demonstrated rapid growth by evolving from just 4 key employees to over 30:

“Imagine Homes is a very exciting new concept with so much to offer property investors,” said Grant Bovey CEO and Founder of Imagine Homes. “We have taken the time to prepare ourselves and get a strong structure in place and now we are moving ahead with confidence. Both Neil and Marc have valuable roles to play in Imagine Homes and I am delighted to welcome these two experienced, professional and visionary directors on board.”
