13th Chelsea Pitch Owners Annual Lunch – jointly sponsored by Imagine Homes
Now in it's 13th year, the Chelsea Pitch Owners Annual Lunch attracted 650 guests. This years' event was held at The London Hilton, Park Lane on Friday 30th November 2007 with VIP guests, supporters and past players in attendance.
The day was hosted by writer and comedian David Baddiel and jointly sponsored for the second year by Imagine Homes, the UK's buy to let specialist. The afternoon events kicked off with reception drinks followed by a gourmet lunch. Other entertainment included a Chelsea trivia quiz, speeches by Chelsea Football Club chairman Bruce Buck and CPO chairman Richard King and lively auction with the proceeds going to the recently-launched Past Players' Trust and the new Peter Osgood Trust. The afternoon ended on an operatic note with Stuart Pendred, the singer who leads the Stanford Brige crowd before many big games, accompanied on the piano by David Baddiel.
Imagine Homes were proud to be associated once again with the CPO lunch.
