The office is located within Imagine Homes' 16-storey City Tower development in Limeharbour, London E14.
The high-tech office supports Imagine Homes' vision to push the boundaries in the buy-to-let market. The company offers its customers a hassle-free way to invest in new build: it finds tenants, manages the property and guarantees an annual rental return of 7.5% of the purchase price for two years.
