Trade Arabia – Imagine Homes expands Mideast presence
Imagine Homes, the UKs buy-to-let specialist, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with a new office and increased staff.
The company targets a growing demand in UK buy-to-let properties from Middle Eastern investors.
The new Imagine Homes office, which will open this week is situated in the heart of Dubais business hub on Sheikh Zayed Road. It will comprise state-of-the-art meeting rooms and a client lounge with cutting-edge presentation and conferencing facilities over an impressive 11,000 sq ft.
Grant Bovey, CEO of Imagine Homes, is delighted with the greater demand for the companys tailored service in the Middle East.
The rapid expansion in the Middle East has created a demand for more sophisticated investment opportunities with greater returns. Imagine Homes offers its Middle Eastern and international clients the same worry-free approach it provides its UK investors, but with the added benefit of expert local knowledge and sales experience, said Grant Bovey.
The Imagine Homes Dubai office will be run by Faez Ajjan, who joined Imagine Homes TradeArabia News Serviceas managing director for Dubai in April of this year. Ajjan and the 21 personnel at the Dubai office will be responsible for expanding Imagine Homes activity in the Middle East.
