BUY-TO-LET specialist Imagine Homes is offering investors the opportunity to purchase new flats within easy reach of Canary Wharf.

For all of the properties Imagine Homes says investors will receive a guaranteed rental income of 7.5 per cent of the purchase price for each of the first two years from completion.
