Imagine Homes, the residential investment company run by Grant Bovey, has bought the 125-unit London Lakes scheme in Bedfont, west London, off-plan from Barratt. The company specialises in buying new-build properties in bulk and selling them to buy-to-let investors, while keeping 30% of units for its own portfolio. Prices at London Lakes start at £204,000.
