Welcome to Imagine Homes new look Spring 2007 newsletter.
The first quarter of 2007 has continued to be a busy one for us all here at Imagine Homes.
At the end of April we opened our first London-based Sales and Rental office in Canary Wharf, London Docklands.
Imagine Homes' multi-million pound investment plan to open Europe's first Buy-to-let showroom located on the Hogarth Roundabout in Chiswick, West London is progressing quickly and doors are set to open late summer 2007.
At the beginning of the year Imagine Homes opened a new office in Singapore. It is clear that taking the traditional aggravation away from property investment has proved as popular with overseas investors as it has in the UK market and as such we now have plans in progress to expand our international operations further.
Here in the UK Imagine Homes has extended its comprehensive service to a very select audience who are looking to invest their funds in UK property with minimum effort. Private Clients, based at offices in Berkeley Square, London are on hand to assist affluent individuals, private banks and corporations wishing to purchase a substantial amount of investment property in the UK.
And finally, we have extended our portfolio to include high end stock which will be marketed under the Imagine Prestige brand name.
