Imagine Homes acquires additional units in West Yorkshire Riverside Development

Imagine Homes, the UK's buy-to-let specialist, can today announce the acquisition of additional buy-to-let units at Waters Edge in Shipley, West Yorkshire.

Imagine Homes acquired 33 units in the initial phase of the development in July 2006, and due to high demand from buy-to-let investors, have now acquired a further 29 units from Newmason Properties Saltaire Ltd.

"After our initial success at Waters Edge, we are delighted to be able to offer property investors another opportunity to invest in West Yorkshire," says Grant Bovey, CEO of Imagine Homes.

"We know how much buy-to-let investors favour new build residential developments, and Waters Edge has proven to be extremely popular with investors because of its riverside location, proximity to Leeds and range of on-site leisure facilities."

Situated on the buffer zone surrounding the World Heritage site Saltaire, the Waters Edge complex consists of one and two bedroom apartments and features luxury amenities including a fitness centre, tennis courts, café and open grassy areas.

The original units purchased by Imagine Homes sold quickly and the apartments in the new phase, are now available for purchase and are due for completion in Summer 2008. Prices at Waters Edge currently start at £146,950.
