Imagine - Testimonials
- Andrew Edwards
Andrew currently owns three buy-to-let properties with his partner. Their first two properties have been a successful investment financially, but they have also had to invest a substantial amount of time and energy furnishing and maintaining these properties, which is difficult as both parties work full time. The attraction to invest with Imagine Homes for their third property was primarily because it removed the worry and hassle of furnishing and bringing a property up to a ‘lettable’ standard, as well as all the day-to-day issues of being a landlord.
- Menese Khan
Menese already owned her own home and chose to climb the first rung of the buy-to-let property ladder when she discovered Imagine Homes. After saving a percentage of her salary to invest in her future, she was already convinced that investing in property would be the key to her long-term financial independence. As soon as she saw an Imagine Homes press advertisement in 2006, the worry and hassle-free concept prompted her to pick up the phone.
- Richard Thomas
Richard runs his own insurance company with his brother and after spending his working life in the industry, is looking forward to retirement. Richard now owns a total of seven properties – so is more than qualified to know a good deal when he sees one. Before Richard came across the Imagine Homes offering, he was already convinced that investing in property would help secure his financial independence in retirement. He strongly believes that relying solely on a pension will not provide him with the quality of life he deserves when he retires. When Richard saw an advertisement in The Sunday Times back in 2005, he contacted Imagine Homes and has never looked back. His property portfolio now consists of three Imagine Homes’ properties.
- Chris Williams
Chris, a lighting cameraman, who lives with his parents in London, believes that property ownership is the perfect way to secure his long term financial independence.
- Sandra Atkinson
Sandra Atkinson has been living in Dublin, Ireland for the past eight years. After accumulating equity in her apartment, Sandra chose to release some of it and invest in her future. Sandra wanted to generate an additional income alongside her salary which would enable her to take time off work or even retire early. Having looked at all the investment asset classes available – stocks and shares, ISAs, property, savings accounts; she concluded that property offered a higher than average return with relatively low risk.
- Mrs. Brown
After selling an older style investment property because it required regular maintenance, Mrs Brown didn't hesitate to contact us after seeing our advertisement in The Sunday Times.
- Mr. Tully
The purchase of an Imagine Homes buy-to-let property at St. Peters Court, Bristol was Mr Tully's third experience in the property investment market. His previous properties in Manchester and Bristol are privately managed. After seeing Imagine Homes advert in the Bristol Evening Post, Mr. Tully contacted us. He was interested as the apartment was local to him and more importantly Imagine would be eliminating all the hassles of managing a buy-to-let property.
- Conor Brennan
Living in Ireland and with some 16 investment properties across the UK and Europe, Conor was very experienced when it came to purchasing buy-to-let properties overseas, especially with the potential capital gains that could be made from a property in the UK. After his visit to Imagines head office in Farnborough, Surrey he was so impressed with the Imagine Homes concept that he instantly purchased two apartments, one at Eluna in London and one at St. Peters Court, Bristol. Conor speaks to the team regularly at Imagine Homes and will not hesitate to consider purchasing another buy-to-let property from us.
- Mr & Mrs Jeyarajah
A care home owner, Mr Jeyarajah is experienced in the property investment market. With a number of previous buy-to-let properties he was sold on Imagines concept of a two year rental guarantee, total management and tenant finding service which allowed him to spend more time running his business. Now Mr Jeyarajah has two property investment purchases, both from Imagine Homes, and he has introduced a number of other friends to us, who have subsequently started or added to their property portfolio.
- Mr Cartwright
Finding more time on his hands as his actuarial business was establishing itself, Ian Cartwright, had been considering investment property for some time. He had visited property exhibitions, and read the property pages, but buying from Imagine at their Kew Riverside development was his first actual purchase. In total he reckons it took less than three hours of his time to do the deal and complete the purchase. He has happily recommended Imagine Homes to his friends. Like so many people he didn't actually go and see the property before he bought it. It was, he says, "like buying shares - after all you don't need to go to see ICI's offices to invest in them".
- Mr Ferzoli
With an existing portfolio of some 20 buy-to-let properties, we consider Mr Ferzoli to be something of an expert in the investment property market. A 38-year-old Londoner, with an import and distribution business in the flooring sector, Mr Ferzoli was struck by Imagine Homes novel concept, and the comparative ease of doing the deal on his property at Kew Riverside. In general Mr Ferzoli looks to add two properties a year to his portfolio, and will certainly consider further Imagine deals as new developments come onto the market.
- Alan Davison
The purchase of an Imagine Home's apartment at Kew Riverside, is Alan Davison's second venture into the world of investment property. Previously he and his wife had owned a property overseas. Although the couple live in Essex they saw the Aqua development in Kew, Greater London as the perfect opportunity. They liked the position on the river, and the fact that Kew was a highly desirable area and well connected for central London. The fact it was near to the airports made the decision even easier. While Imagine have found a tenant from a 'Blue Chip' City company for the initial rental period, they felt it would be easy to let in any circumstance, and offered good prospects for capital growth. Mr Davison still speaks to the team at Imagine on a fairly regular basis and he may consider extending his portfolio through Imagine in the future.
