We offer you 2 years guaranteed rental income at 15% of the purchase price - payable monthly in arrears over the 2 year period.

We do all the legwork

There is a lot of legwork involved with buy to let as you have to find the right property, furnish it, find a tenant and manage it.

Not with Imagine Homes – we do all the hardwork for you. Upon completion we guarantee you a guaranteed rental income of 15% of the purchase price, over the first 2 years paid monthly in arrears. You don’t have to worry about finding the tenant – that’s our job and we manage the property for you!

With Imagine Homes it couldn’t be much simpler. Here's how it works:

  • You choose a property from our large selection of investment properties inclusive of fixture, fittings and all white appliances
  • We sell it to you with one provision – that you rent it back to us for the first 2 years
  • We guarantee you a rental income equivalent to 15% of the purchase price over the first 2 years, paid monthly in arrears
  • We charge you a reduced letting and management fee of 10% of the guaranteed rental income per annum
  • To ensure the apartments are let quickly we ask you to buy a high quality, fully installed furniture package paid on or before completion at a reduced rate
  • To help you we have an independent mortgage advisor and legal expert at your disposal

Hassle-Free Investment Property

Our highly qualified acquisitions team source investment property in prime locations in the UK, chosen specifically for capital growth potential and above average rental returns.

On completion we furnish your property with a high quality furniture pack solution and we will then find the tenant, take the references, take care of the contracts, look after rental collections and fully manage your property.

There is no better way to start building or adding to your property portfolio.

You have nothing to do for 2 years

For 2 years your investment property is fully managed and you need have no involvement at all.

At the end of Imagine Homes’ 2 year rental period, you can make one of the following choices:

  • You can inherit the tenant that Imagine Homes has found for you or find your own tenant and the monthly rental will then be paid directly to you
  • Sell the property – the chances are you will have made a good profit
  • Move in and we will ensure that the tenant leaves before your 2 year anniversary

As part of the Imagine Homes offer, we have a mortgage advisor and a solicitor at your disposal.

The guaranteed rental income aspect of our investment property deal means most lenders are well disposed towards Imagine Homes’ approach. We have successfully helped and advised many investors on their financial options and will be happy to do the same for you.

If you choose to appoint our recommended solicitor we will agree preferential rates.
